N'abend Michael,
ich hab zu Stefans wirklich guten Vorschlag, hier mal Tricholoma stiparophyllum in den Blick zu nehmen, schnell mal dazu in den KIBBY (Mushrooms and Toadstools of Britain & Europe, Vol. 2) geschaut:
Cap: convex-flattened to slightly umbonate, 50-140 mm, smooth, dry, matt-velvety, margin costate when marture, pure white when young, ochraceous with age, bruising brownish grey. Gills: emarginate, crowded, white. Stem: cylindric, 60-100 x 10-20 mm, white, finely fibrillose. Flesh: firm, fibrous, white staining greyish when buised. Odour: complex, unpleasant of fly spray, to chemical-flowery. Taste: rancid-farinaceous to acrid. Spores: ellipsoid, 5.0-7. x 3.5-4.5 µm. Spore deposit: white.
Associated with Betula, widely distributed and the commonest all-white Tricholoma in Britain.
Also Dein Fund hier wäre da m.E. schon ein heißer Anwärter auf diese Art.
Darauf wär ich jetzt nicht gekommen. Man lernt hier ständig etwas dazu.
Schönen Abend noch,
Marcel
